About Me
I am an ACA (Australian Counselling Association) registered Counsellor who works exclusively with men on a range of issues affecting their day to day life.
Originally from the UK, I have spent the last ten years in Australia and live in Adelaide.
I have trained as a Counsellor as I am a huge believer in personal growth and the capacity for change, no matter what stage of life we are at. Therapy has been a key fixture in my life for many years and has helped me through many challenges in both my personal and professional life.
Prior to counselling I spent nearly fifteen years in the corporate world at organisations such as Unilever, Westpac and nbn.
Away from the consulting rooms, I am normally found at the cinema, at the football (soccer)/ footy (AFL) or at a gig.
I hold a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of South Australia and a Diploma of Counselling from the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors. I am currently completing my Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy at the University of Adelaide.
